We use the US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation to confirm delivery for shipping addresses in the Eastern US. If your delivery location is not secure, please add a note to your order to request a signature confirmation. A $2 charge will be charged to your credit card for signature confirmation.

Return and exchange policy for in-store purchases:

We will be glad to exchange or issue store credit up to 30 days after purchase. Exchanged or returned items must be in new condition, in the original box, with all packaging and tags attached.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies for online orders:

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Please return all merchandise with a brief note and return authorization number.

All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from date of receipt of the order. We only ask that items be returned in the same condition that they were received, in the original box with all tags attached.

No returns accepted on used merchandise. Any used merchandise shipped to Run Fit Sports will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

All shoes purchased at regular prices receive FREE exchange shipping! All exchanges and rejections of sale merchandise will incur a reshipping fee of the actual cost of shipping. The amount of any returns for refund will be the original purchase price minus the original actual shipping costs incurred by Run Fit Sports to ship the order.
